So, I'm trying to do a quest for the omertas and clandon has told me to find some chlorine, now ive been to the ultra-luxe pool room and the quest pointer (arrows?) just indicate to go back into the casino, and when you do the pointers go back to pointing to the poolroom again.

What am i missing?

quest pointers are often messed up, especially inside buildings and Freeside. They may point you directly there, but you have to take a very round about away to get to where they are pointing.

i don't think its in the pool room, its near where mortimer is, not far from him,not the same room but its not in the pool area unless there's more than one in the place, i just got it myself, but mick and ralps has it, its easy to get in the ultra luxe, i think you need 25 lockpick skill,it might be 50 but i think its 25.
