i cant get in ive tryed running back and doing all kinds of things but the person at the gate is frozen and isnt talking or anything. is there a snazy way of getting in or em i going to need to wait for some king of patch...

Did you try fast traveling there to see if the bug cleared?

Yes I even installed the game to my hard drive and the guy still dosnt talk to me and let me in...I have no idea what to do at this point.

shoot him in the face and see if he reacts...lol seriously try it if he reacts he might open the door to attack you and if he does that jsut reload the bug mightve cleared itself

Tryed that to he started shooting at me but didn't open the gate... I'll just have to wait for some kind of patch to get all my quests there out of the way....
