Alll i know is i did the riften court mages fetch the 3 items and 1 was in the white phial....i walked in and walked out without interacting with anything....now later in my game i go in and the 2 alchemists are in a "you dont belong here" loop every single time i enter regardless of the time of day.

I went to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Skyrim and read the bug section of this quest and theres nothing like this listed....is there a way to get this quest started or am i screwed till my next playthrew?

yeah i know but what im saying is i did the riften court mages fetch item quest and finished it before i started the white phial quest....i read somewhere that had this same problem and did the exact order i did but i didnt see no solution.
