Im at the battle of bunker hill. Ive chosen to side for Institute so i didnt go snitch to the other factions. However as i enter the basemant down the hatch. I literally cannot harm anyone down there. Ive tried with a fatman but nothing at all happened. What am I doing wrong here ? Or is this a known issue?

Are u talking about the other faction members or the synths inside the room? (the ones with their hands up)
