Cant hear vocal sounds on campain : Crysis

hi, ive got this problem that i cant hear when ppl in the campain talks to me.
(Vocal sounds is on 100% btw)

any1 got an idea what i can do?

learn to lip read:P

you could try reinstalling the game. i have not had this problem but reinstalling seems to be pretty universal.
