Cant install in Win7 Pro x86

So i got fallout 3 goty edition i popped the dvd in and started the autorun i immediately get an error msg saying: the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 or x64 version of the program. and then contact the software publisher.
So here iam i alrdy tried copying the whole dvd to a folder but not joy running it as administrator.
AS in the topic name running win 7 Pro x86.
AMD Phenom II X4 3.8Ghz
GEiL DDR3 1666mhz 4GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD5970OC (Factory OC)
Asus ROG Crosshair III Forumla
Corsair HX 1000W PSU

You know that you are wasting 2GB of RAM by having a 32bit Operating System? A 5970 has 2GB, plus your 4GB, making a total of 6GB. 32bit OS can only support a combine total of 4GB.
