So I joined railroad and I got Deacon from there but then I joined the brotherhood of steel and I needed to kill the railroad , I cant kill DEACON

Unless you have him as a companion, which if you're hated with the Railroad you shouldn't, he should be killable.

No, dismiss him and kill him

If you are gonna use console commands wudnt it be easier to simply dissmis him via console, or flag him non essential.

I hear this can be bugged for some people.....I had Deacon at sanctuary as a companion when I was sent to kill him and he disappeared from there and was in the railroad HQ for the quest and he died as he was supposed to. I had max loyalty from him and his inventory was empty.....I never equipped any weapons or armor or clothes on him. I'm playing on PS4....not sure if any of these things make a difference but that's how I had things set up and everything was ok and he died as he was supposed to.
