Has any one heard of this occurring with other people ? (i did a google search and came up with no other reports)

My character is stuck at level 21. The level bar is full (meaning i should level up) but no level up notice is given and i cant level up in the menu.

Ive had level 21 maxed for about 1 & 1/2 hours now.

Haven't had this problem myself and i am lvl 38. Make sure you don't have any mods screwing with the leveling. (i know of a few mods that alter leveling)

tab~>skills menu ~> select hp/magika/stamina as many times as you need..... leave the perk alone and

The only way i can get the level to remain at the same level indefinitely is to not ever pick hp/magika/stamina ...

But i think it glitches out and becomes hidden if you tab out of the 3 option selection process.... which going back in.... won't show it.. and you can't do much beyond that..

you may need to backtrack to before you hit 21.

Earning experience to level up in this game is kind of weird. It sometimes seems as if upping your skills is the only way to do so, and some quests give barely any, if any at all, experience. Also, I've seen the exp bar *seem* full before, but I guess not quite there yet.

Try doing things to upgrade your skills; eg. some smithing, or enchanting, or alchemy, or sneak around a lot in a dark city. If you get a skill-up from that, you should be able to get the sliver of exp you need to level up. If not, then I guess you are really bugged.

Are you serious? That's the way you level in TES, by leveling up your skills. There is no XP in TES.
