Same issue. Game crashes when I load my "small" vault (20 rooms, created since the 1.2 patch). If I load my "big" vault (88 rooms, created with the android release on 1.1), it works fine... except for the Wasteland Explorer Cap, and Explorer UI interface disappearing, blah blah, agree with all the other feedback.
This just started happening in the last 8-12 hours. Android running 4.4, same on BlueStacks.

How come you guys blew me off in email but seem to show concern here.
I also lost my vault, I KNOW the update caused it.. the vault save file is still there but zero bytes.
I tried logging into the game, it would stop at the loading screen and crash. This was after an upate of yours.
You then updated again and I came back to no save file.
I sent photo evidence to your staff who pushed back to me although this is clearly 100% an update issue.. all the money I paid into your game and you "striving" support staff just blows me off.

Updated the game after it crashed at loading the game itself.
and after the update, I wasn't able to load my save again, it didn't showed up in the game although there's a Vault1.sav in the directory.
i started a new Vault in another place and it created a .sav and a .sav.bkp file. so it seems the update creates different save files and that's the reason the old save doesn't fit...

I get the impression that Bethesda has more interest in raking in the $$ than helping its fan-base for their mistakes..
I have the same problem, iTunes support passes the ball to bethesda. I get an automatic response via mail asking me to come to the forums. I've been reading a lot of topics with the same problem and there isn't a solution yet. When are you guys going to actually care about your customer service and not just the money?
I have lost my saved vaults too, I've spent money too.
