ya i made a person i know my stats are kinda odd thats why i think i m having problems but im not sure. i get to the major skills up and were it says i can lvl again its all the way up and i cant go to sleep and get the part were i lvl up again im stuck at lvl 5. my major skills are....

Armorer: 26 (dont know why i have it i never use the skill x.x)
Blade: 52
Alteration: 42
Conjuration: 34
Destruction: 50
Restoration: 35
Light Armor: 52

the bar below that that shows how close i am to lvling is all the way up and it wont go up any more and when i sleep i dont get the attribute menu. ill admit i do alot of duplication using the scrolls idk if that is the problem or not. im not very far in the main quest im still at "Paradise" ive never gone into dagons world yet but ive done alot of the other stuff

Fighters Guild: Master
Arena: Grand Champion
Blades: Knight Brother (idk how to get that any farther x.x although i havnt really tried o.o)

Please elaborate about duplication via scrolls. There are certain console commands which, when used often enough, will cause severe problems. Try deleting the Oblivion.ini file. If that doesn't work, a stat-restore mod might help.
