please help me

ive got a problem in enchanting my items. i cant make an fortify attribute spell.
I can make fortify skill and magicka enchantments but no attribute. kinda weird.
could someone help me with this i dont know what to do now.

ive got a lot of filled black soul gems and that does not change the situation

Do you have any kind of Fortify Attribute spell or power? In case you have a spell, can you cast it? If not, that answers your question. You can only make custom spells with effects that you can cast (in spell or power form) or from effects that you have as constant abilities (so for example Bretons automatically get access to Fortify Magicka, Resist Magic, and Shield).

I'd recommend the Atronach or the Lady Stones as their pretty easy to spot IIRC

You can buy/cast a Fortify attribute spell at any chapel if your Restoration is at least 25. You need to learn and be able to cast the spell effect before you can make an enchantment. Certain of the stones may give you an ability that includes a fortify attribute which will also teach you the enchantment.
