So i decided to use the cheats for adding higher level perks, added them alll, each level, and maxed the ranks....but now, I cant pick any locks or hack any terminals. it tells me that even novice level items are too difficult so I have to result to using the unlock console command. Anyone know a way to fix this?

can you uninstall the mod and load a save from pre mod? console game here. not sure how all that works
