When I got the game it said it said graphics card not supported, so I thought all I needed was a more upgraded graphics card , but then after further research , someone told my mom it was just better to take the game back , he said my computer is not built to handle the game , but it takes FO1 FO2 and tactics just fine

Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics were released over 10 years ago. New Vegas was released less than a year ago. Comparing the two graphically is like comparing a car to a wheelbarrow in terms of transport.

There is nothing anyone can do to help you, you need a better computer.
