After installing the Lothavors legacy mod (great mod) and then taking it off, I find that I cannot teleport anywhere in the game (recall, divine intervention, etc), can someone help me enable teleportation again? Thanks!

Try this: open the console and type the command http://www.uesp.net/morrow/editor/mw_cscommands.shtml#enableteleporting.
