everytime i try to traded with a seller the game crashes can someone help

Does this happen when you mouse over items in the vendors' wares? If so, chances are that an ARMO item has too many object effects (enchantments) and the HUD runs out of room to display them, thus the crash.

Also, although I made sure FOOK2 v1.0 never assigned more than five 'enchantments' to any given article and doubt FOOK2 v1.0 is the problem, I'd still recommend updating your FOOK to its most recent iteration, v1.1b2 available http://www.yourfook.com/downloads/, after removing all of the v1.0 plugins.

Go to a vendor that you know can reproduce the crash, then carefully navigate to their armor section without mousing over any of the items. Once in the armor specific section of their wares, mouse over the items one by one reading them before mousing over. The last one you read before the crash, if an item having too many object effects is in fact the cause, will be your culprit. From there, if you don't know which mod it's from, you can open all of your plugins in FO3Edit or the GECK and search by name until you find it so you can remove a base effect or two from the attached object effect. Any combo of five MGEF's in an ENCH will fit in the HUD invariably.
