i know people who wont buy this games because the graphics look outdated to them. this is dumbest thing i can think of. it effects zero in terms of gameplay. its not like its 16 bit. good graphics can be like wrapping a piece of rotten meat in a pretty package. yet these idiots will eat it because it look purdy .

I'm different again - I buy games that are fun to play, and also enjoy the visuals.

Won't play a game that isn't fun to play though.

I don't like isometric games as my RPGs because they don't feel real enough to me, though I will play any view for other kinds of games. In my RPGs I like to feel like I'm actually inside the game world - I think a certain level of graphics adds to this, and another consideration is we're now used to more realistic graphics in our games.

I don't need realistic graphics, but I won't accept 8bit in most cases neither.
