So in the support sub forums the only topic i can see is the one i posted in the android help. Any other i try to click on gives me an error saying there arent any posts.Anyone else having this issue or is it just me? I can see then gen discusion stuff just fine.

They can be accessed from http://www.gamesas.com/>Fallout>Fallout Shelter>Fallout Shelter Support. No access from the forum has been reported.

I tried to access them through that method, it led me to the subforum list of Android and iOS. I can see on that page that there have been posts but when I click on iOS or Android, I got the message "No topics were found. This is either because there are no topics in this forum, or the topics are older than the current age cut-off."

If I click on the topic when I'm on the subforum list page, I get the message "Sorry we couldn't find that. You do not have permission to view this topic."

It seems that only original poster of the topic thead can view i, on the support subfotum. And support staff of Bethestda maybe. No others can view the topic on the subforum.


So it become private 1:1 support channel between individual player who needs support and support staff, not generally viewable open support group forum.

If it is supposted to be a one on one thing it wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt for the only reply i got was "We'll share your information with our team. Thank you for posting." I'm a huge fallout fan and was really looking forward to playing this but i guess not unless i go and get a whole new phone or something.
