Cant wait for this game!

Post » Sat Nov 28, 2015 6:35 am

Im a BIG bethesda fan and Im playing TES since Daggerfal with thousands of hours in each game having the most in Skyrim. Oh...what I have lived playing Skyrim is just out of this world. Now I have A LOT of nostalgia. And mods helped a lot. Im a fallout fan too but not that much. Im one of those who started many years ago with Fallout 1 and I loved Fallout 3 and NV. Im seeing videos and hey...IM EXTREMELY HYPED. Its BETHESDA feeling all around. My fav company. Yes Im a Beth really devoted fan so what? Ive spend so many years of my life with their games and Im always just passing my time in games between TES releases.

I CANT [censored] WAIT FOR FALLOUT 4.

Of course I would prefer TES VI but i understand they bought this franchise to release games too.so hey I will wait and enjoy Fallout 4 until next TES!!

Whay a really devoted fan topic isnt it?? HAHAHAH I dont give a [censored].

An 'overwhelming sense of excitement' as well as 'suddenly forgetting that we have other real-world responsibilities', are both features of Fallout 4 that have been pretty much confirmed, at least by the majority of fans. We're a force to be reckoned with. Just look at what we did when the pre-order for the Pip-Boy edition went on sale, we almost broke the internet!

I wish I could just turn my brain off to Fallout 4 news until a week before it comes out. The wait for this is killing me...

Same here. I'm keeping myself busy (video game wise) with Fallout 3, State of Decay, and Zelda: Wind Waker HD. It's helping thus far.

You really should. The game will only get better with age.

In all seriousness I'm right there with you too! I can't wait for this damn game either. I wish I could just skip time till Nov 10th. Now where did I park my DeLorean...?

Until the next TES? Heathen! THe Fallout universe is so much richer!

Considering im STILL Playing FO3, 7 plus years after it was released, I think its quality speaks for itself.

I disagree that Fallout's Universe is "richer", they are both full of lore and I love both universes for their uniqueness. I am also playing F3 right now, honestly by 11/10 I'll be in serious danger of Fallout overload lol.

I've been doing the same. Trying to read a bit more and play lots of vidya. I decided to go full Bethesda turtle shell mode. My cycle of games includes: TES:O , Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas. All of these games in preparation for this November!

Fallout 3 is my favourite game of all time. Despite all of the other games I play, it all runs back to wandering the Capital Wastes with my armoured vault suit.

I hope The Commonwealth will finally let me leave DC. I stayed in the Mojave for a while, but I eventually made my way back. The snowy northern parts of Tamriel tickled me the right way since I love snowy northern forests in my own life, but I always came back to my rusty AK and thirst for adventure in the post-nuclear world. The Wasteland just feels like home.

Im close to finishing FO3. I really only have Operation Anchorage, A Quick visit to the Republic of Dave, and my Bobblehead cleanup to go.

Cheshire: I certainly do find it richer, but I think its probably because my fave genre is post-apocalyptic.. I got started into it by the ENDWORLD book series (ie Washington Run) and never looked back . Fantasy sometimes just feels so incredibly samey. The Witcher 3 was great, but the last Fantasy RPG I truly truly got engrossed in was Gothic 2.

I was visiting Reilly's Rangers the last night after accidentily saving her rangers and I encounters the crazy guy on the bridge talking about bottling the sun. Its stuff like that , that draws me in.

For me, it's the Daedra that keep TES from being just another fantasy game. There is *a lot* going on with them that is fascinating to me. Hey, like I said I love them both and consider them both about equal in terms of richness. It's nice to visit the Wasteland when not traversing Tamriel and the other way around!

And not only the Daedra! Some of TES lore is absolutely crazy, I love it.

I don't think you'll find something like The Dwemer attempting to bind their entire race to an ultimate weapon in order to transcend their existance on Nirn in any other fantasy game.

Honestly, I am waiting until late December, early January before I buy it. I want to make sure any game-breaking bugs are cured and hoping good deals with the X1; if not for the latter, I will still buy it and FO4 (and Witcher 3 as well).

Indeed, when the E3 reveal happened I was almost intoxicated by excitement.... unable to sleep soundly. It would be an understatement to say I'm quite excited to finally entrench myself into a new part of the Fallout series and to explore the Bostonian wastes as thoroughly as possible.
