I always play high elves so I don't want, I NEED cloaks ( and some kind of tiara/circlet thingy and elven longswords the same shape as the shortswords but bigger, but a cloak will do nicely thankyou) Oh and I wanna see my amulet when wearing armour but you can keep your hand drawn mountains and radiant AI that's cleverer than real people as long as there are cool looking cloaks

Anything which increases the customisability (is that a word?) of your character is good. I wouldn't say it's high on my wish list, though.

The problem with cloaks would be make them dynamic and realistic... actually, this lack of realism is what I hated from capes and cloaks mods for Oblivion: if you sat, the just passed through the chair!
