If not then I'd say Capital Wasteland because of the Enclave's air support and military factions like TC and the Brotherhood providing a good land-based strike force (and the Vault 87 mutants being some excellent laser-fodder).

Mojave. Sure DC has Liberty Prime but the Mojave has Mr.House and his robot army, Boom artillery and bomber, Brotherhood in better armour and the vast resouces of both NCR and the Legion to draw from.

Legion and freaking cazadores leading the charge backed up by boomers, rangers, troopers, a metric [censored] ton of securitrons with anti-air capabilites. Marcus, tabitha and all their mutant buddies. Freaking Legate lanius and remenets with their DT would barly be scrathed by the dc wastelanders. Khans. BOONE!

The mojave. They're in a stable condition as far as supplies go. Brahmin steak, iguana bits, purified water lifes alright. The capital wasteland has bums that let you give them 75 purified waters and are still thirsty! The brotherhood and Enclave are ok supplied, but other than that the whole place is wreck. The NCR and Legion are amazingly organized forces. Nightkin are very very tough. But a behemoth might be able to take care of them, idk

Considering Liberty Prime and the Enclave have been destroyed the winner is easily the Mojave Wasteland. They have better equipment and are way more organized then the Capital Wasteland, the only real threats to the Mojave are the Brotherhood of Steel and the Super Mutants.

Everything in the Mojove would murder the capital wasteland, they have better mechanics was weaponry.

Both sides would have to meet in the middle first, and if House's Securitrons or Liberty Prime strayed into the mid-west they'd last five seconds.

Mid-western factions know all about junking comedy robots.

It really depends on when this battle happens. If its after the Lone Wander, (me), has finished the main quest, then the Mojave wins. The reason is simple; Enclave gone, 80% super mutants gone, 90% slavers gone, 70% raiders gone, all 5 Beohemoths gone, 80% Talon comany gone, etc, etc.

Shoot, all the DC Wasteland would have to do is send (the post-Broken Steel) Fawkes. All by himself. With, I don't know, a super sledge.
I hit that dude with 16 mininukes and barely scratched him. He can take on the Mojave all by himself.
