I don't know if this is a glitch and others are experiencing it or what. A lot of the time when I go and trade with a vendor I start selling to the vendor and the amount of caps owed to me does not exceed the amount they have, when I finalize the deal often times they will take my items and I will not receive the caps owed to me. Usually this happens in Diamond City, I've had it happen at some other vendors, but not as much as in Diamond City.

Anyone else notice this?

I had it. But i quit then reloaded a slightly older save
