Yup, you won't be getting a car. It would be a good idea to use cars, trucks, or buses as a transport to other areas for future DLC, though.

I like the idea of having a Vehicle but if you did then why wouldn't the bad guys and so on. I think for some reason in the Fallout world, cars all got very sick and died before the bombs dropped. Amazingly the robots still work fine -shrug- Go fig. You think someone who would be clever enough to make a robot work would have more than enough brain power to figure out the engine needs new spark plugs.

I think that if they were to introduce vehicles though, it would be quite the game changer, needing of a whole overhall of the system. I mean we're talking abotu collision damage revamp, whole difference physics engine. I think a version of Fallout with Vehicles would be awesome though. Just a whole new game.

Also can you imagine using VATS with a truck!? lmao

realistically, we know that there wont be any cars in Fallout New Vegas, atleast not ones that the character can drive, but you can always dream. personally i would rather ride some sort of Wasteland creature. like a giant ant, or an irradiated glowing horse or something
