DarkOne made a heads up post here http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1477752-be-careful-trojans-masquerading-as-popular-executables/

Apparently someone is uploading new versions of programs which are malware ..

Yes, I've seen three of them also in the last few days. Skyrim Character Editor, Skyrim Mod Organizer, BSAopt and a Savegame-Manager (I can't remember which it was). Just be careful, most of the time there are some things on the file page, which should make you skeptical, for example:

- completely disabled comments (all of the malicious files in the last they had this)

- new uploader for a well known tool by a complete different creator

- uploader has mostly not uploaded any other files or pictures, didn't made any comments, hasn't endorsed anything (however, some of them I've seen were registered a long time ago...)

- strange version numbers with a not fitting and/or incomplete changelog
