I just finished Cait personal quest and tried to use the elevator to go back up and the thing left me trapped inside i reloaded and still ciuldnt got out, fortunately reloading another save a few minutes back than the quicksave got me out of there.... had to do some stuff again but i was expecting not being able to get out even by reloading an earlier save...

Like seriously i would be really mad to lose so many hours of gameplay by some stupid [censored] like this.

I always save before using an elevator and keep separate save files, just in case.
