Is Carlotta Valentia Marriageable? : V

I've wondered this since my first playthrough...

The Skyrim wiki says that she is but in-game I have never gotten any marriage dialogue from her.

Carlotta can be http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Marriage. She says that she gets a lot of attention from men, but all that matters to her is her daughter, Mila. She can give you an unmarked quest in which you must tell the bard in the Whiterun inn http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Mikael to leave her alone. You can persuade him, bribe him or fight him, in a fist fight.The reward is 250 gold.

Carlotta Valentia can appear in your http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Breezehome in Whiterun when you enter. If this happens, she will go into more detail about her daughters location.You can also for some reason sleep in her bed. It might be part of the glitch, if the game thinks you are already married.

Did you do her quest with Mikael? You can't marry people unless they are both in the list of people you can marry and their disposition towards you is high.

I've done her quest multiple times on multiple characters.

Besides doing the quest for the NPC, you also have to jump through hoops with the Amulet of Mara and the temple etc. in Riften.... http://uesp.net/wiki/skyrim:Skyrim is your friend (and that's all the help I can give you - I find the entire "marry" crap just.... juvenile and stupid....)

I think she is bugged. She is supposed to be marriagable, but only rarely will people have the option.
In my playthrough she wasn't marriagable. I did her quest and had the amulet. No option. :shrug:

The Wiki page says it's bugged :shrug:

A bug affecting all platforms causes the dialogue option involvingmarriage to not show up; even after completion of her quest. On PC, it is possible to fix this by opening the console, clicking her and typing "addfac 19809 1"

If married, and asked to move, her daughter will stay behind in Whiterun.

It is also possible that instead of being a glitch, Carlotta was originally supposed to be marriable, but was removed by Bethesda at the last minute, possibly because of (programming) complications with her having a daughter.

Carlotta has a house in Whiterun, so just live there.

Same problem with me. Did her quest + amulet of Mara = No Marriage option.
