I'm factioning with the Legion this build and I got to the Beyond the Beef quest. After I framed Heck I went to search for Carlyle St. Clair to have my way with him. Found his shack but no Carlyle. I waited, reloaded, nuthin. I ended up killing Mortimer to proceed the Quest with Ceasar. I hope this new patch fixes some of these quest glitches.
