Hi again

Doing the numbers quest for the Thieves Guild but unfortunately ended up in jail in Solitude.

I can't work out which cell to open to recover my stolen items etc. Also seems unfair as all cells are expert standard.

Anyone else been in this situation?

When you escape through the passage, turn right first chance you get and there should be an opening in the wall where the chest is located. It's not located in a cell, but rather the torture room. Just do some looking around

Sorry, when you say " when you escape through the passage"...... What exactly do you mean in relation to the Castle layout? I come down the steps and enter the dungeon. There are rooms on that floor and the cells below . Which floor is this hole in the wall in? Also found a torture room but no chest just a dead prisoner which I was able to search.

I believe there's a misc objective you obtain when you leave the prison. The arrow will lead you to your gear Harry.
