Won't show up in the data list. Ive installed it into steam apps/common/oblivion/data. auto install... is there more specific location to appear in data files list. where you select mods.

Is the ESP for the mod in that folder? Have you already patched Oblivion to the latest version (v1.2.0.416)? You can tell by right-clicking on the Oblivion.exe and looking at the version.
