Hi,
I've been playing skyrim and i love the game
Right now, though, i'm caught between several quests:
I'm joining the Stormcloaks, and i've completed the quest with the jagged crown. I then talked the Ulfric, and delivered the axe to the Jarl of Whiterun. Then, i was doing another quest at the same time, I talked to Ulfric about the piece council, which he agreed to join.
I then delivered the axe to the Jarl, and now Ulfric won't talk to me. When i click him, i simply get no options, he just says that "He'll come to the piece council". When i talk to his "helpers" they say "Ulfric is expecting word from Whiterun".
When i talk to general tullius, i can't talk to him about the piece council, it's simply just not an option, and when i begin to leave the room they talk about how Ulfric is planning an attack, which is again related to the axe that i simply can't deliver.

Can somebody help ? maybe give me one of thoose console 'setstage' commands or something?

Make sure the quest with the axe is highlighted in your journal.
Go to the peace council if you got the others to agree to go.
then try again.

If you want to continue with the battle for whiterun before the peace council, know that you will have to complete the entire Civil War quest line before you can continue the main quest. To fix Ulfric, enter 'resetquest mq302' into the console. This will reset the quest completely (though your journal may not change), and Ulfric Stormcloak will talk to you again.

If you want to complete the Main Quest first, enter 'setstage MQ302 20' into the console. This will mark General Tullius as having agreed to come to the council and should allow the quest to continue.
