Early on when you first encounter the legion by storyline I was wearing NCR armor, and I thought they were hostile naturally, I killed them and it told me I failed 2 quests, and that the legion hates me and vilified me.


Is this going to be an issue later on?
Well. Not like most people would know but for those that do.

ya when wandering the waster before major events its best to wear minor faction clothing such as the boomers or just non gang related clothing like a vault suit or tribal armor

It's not quite an issue. You'll lost some minor side quest from the beginning, but it's no big deal.

Plus, later on, iyou'll get the possibility to reset your reputation with them.

You'll have your reputation reset at a cretin point during the Main Quest, you'll be pardoned by Ceaser himself. You can than go on supporting the Legion, or shoot them all.. again.

I wish I didnt have to, because the first shot I broke a limb, and I can't seem to come by Doctor Bags that often, that, and I was hurt badly and had to use my service rifle's armor piercing rounds.
