Ceaser may hint at mid west bos in fo nv .

They are unworthy of help except Veronica or any that think like her. People like her just might quit anyway, because they get real tired of trying to tell people with no brain something.

The Midwestern BoS were founded by people like Veronica. They wanted to return to the Original BoS and tell SHOW them, the error of their ways for not letting in New Blood. If the BoS are really stuck in their bunkers across the NCR then they would learn from the Midwestern BoS. They would get the point then.

Anyways it will be interesting to see what happens to the Midwestern BoS and which ending to Tactics Bethesda goes with.

The one problem I see with this is that the farthest E by NE that Caesars Legion is is into New Mexico and Colorado, of course not even as far as Denver.

This of course means that the Brotherhood would have to have come practically across half of the USA to reach anywhere near the borders of the Legion and its state. Otherwise assuming normal borders the Legion scouts that are going east by NE are going 2-400 km east in order to enter the territory that the MWBoS "controls" at the end of TO:Tactics.

Those numbers to me just seem to large for either to cross specifically with the size of teh legion and the MWBoS falling on bad times.

As well Lyons didn't encounter the MWBoS on his path through the USA which means to me they are more NE ward, making it nearly impossible IMO for the borders of Legion turf and MWBoS "turf" to be near enough that they could have an encounter even with an extra 23 years expansion since Lyons passed through town.

IMO they are just BoS guys who are east, maybe a chapter that is in L:egion turf thjat hadn't been discovered yet, who knows.

Midwestern BoS made it as far as Colorado, Cheyenne mountain Colorado Springs. The Legion are in Utah and New Mexico. No reason to think that they arn't in Colorado. Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado make http://www.project610.com/files/Four%20Corners.png

It is very possible that the two factions have crossed paths.

Still we don't know if the Midwestern BoS still control all the territory seen in Tactics or just strongholds through out what was once their territory.

CL won t have a choice in the matter. If the NCR wins, and mid west bos feel it time to make a move (if they are big) CL might just get crushed.

Where you come in is that part about humans joining the MLA.

The choice of a life time would be dark powerful bos, rather good MLA,or a crippled fleeing cl.

The next engine may have a map nodes system that has nodes as big as point look out or bigger.

Rockstar maps seem bigger. Like rdr really isn t mape nodes, but the different parts of that map are huge.

Depending on what the new engine can do you could cover more ground. I d take map nodes as long as the nodes were huge.

Or they could do it like Rockstar maps and just have a loading screen and it brings up a whole new open world.

Win nv or lose cl could still be in the game. Ceaser said NV would be his Rome. They are not going to abandon owned territory. The Roman Legions held way, way, way, way more ground than Rome.

I say they lose, but they still have AZ, CO

Every time someone suggests map nodes for Fallout 4, I die a little inside. 10 years ago, fine, it's not like they had a choice. In this day and age it's just a sign of lazy developers who love to reuse assets (Bioware, I'm looking at you!). Thank god it's not Bethesda's style.

That said, a Midwest BoS vs. CL game in Arizona would be pretty interesting, especially depending on which ending/s become canon. Lanius as the second Caesar would be pretty cool, although the actual Caesar is what's holding the Legion together...

I said map nodes like. The new engine may be able to have massive open worlds in AZ, CO and Chicago. Hit a loading screen, and boom its a whole new massive open world.

I d rather have 3 really big open worlds far apart than 1 if possible.

I m not talking old town sized nodes, Im talking like 3 fo nv sized nodes.

Caeser's hint is meaningless, the midwestern brotherhood is mentioned by a scribe in Broken Steel as being a small chapter. So as much as people may love the largely non-canon fallout tactics they need to accept that group doesn't hold a lot of power and influence. There probably busy fighting the Enclave Remnant around Chicago. It should be noted that if two chapters of the brotherhood got sent half way and all the way across the country finding a Colorado chapter isn't that odd.

Tactics is canon, you have no proof they were small, the mention is that they have fallen on hard times, the US has fallen on hard times right now and they are still one of the most powerul nations in the world. You have no evidence to suggest that it couldn't be MWBoS but I agree with your last point, a chapter in COlorado or east of the COlorado river would not be a strange sight in my mind.

Tactics is Canon. BETHESDA said so. The High-Level Events are canon. That would mean there is a Vault Zero and Calculator. The only problem Bethesda seems to have with Tactics is the lack of the 1950s feels. They can change that and re model somethings like they did for Fallout 3.

There is nothing about Tactics that makes it "Largely non-canon." Maybe you are thinking of the Burned Game. If you don't like Tactics fine but stop calling it "Non-Canon" or mostly non-canon.

A scribe says they are small. Big deal. The Midwestern BoS could have lied to Lyons. They did not want to be found. They could have saw Lyons and his people as advanced scouts sent to finally deal with Midwestern BoS.

Wouldn't that counter what we learned in Fallout 3? The "Fallen on Hard Times" and are just a small group. Last part can easly be changed to Lyons being dooped by the Midwestern BoS. If the Midwestern BoS are still a powerful faction going from Chicago to Colorado. Why have they not made contact with the Original BoS, which was their goal?

Don't get me wrong having them as a strong power would be good. So long as they are a darker, more militant verion of the BoS, like they http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtXhuaTcohY If http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2ZcpcO7C58 happened I would be happy.

i think a good 3 way battle could happen if the Barnaky ending happens. CL vs MWBOS VS Mutant Liberation Army :)
