Hi, i'm wondering why the music wasn't playing and I checked this and my location isn't even set XD But I went down the drop down and it should be listed "AlfnakRuinLocation" but it's not there.... Am i missing something?

The Alchemist shack is an exterior place, not a cell in which you enter with a loading screen.

Not all locations have that parameter set... that is more for specialty things I believe, like designating something as a place bards can play. It shouldn't be necessary for the music to play, but you can always make your own location with custom settings, that will show up in that menu.
