I know what needed to be changed but not the values that in need to change to, can any one help me out?

fOverSoulderOfsetPointX = ?
fOverSoulderPosX = ?

Never mind i figured it out

fOverSoulderOfsetPointX = 0
fOverSoulderPosX = 0

Zeroing out both will center the cam.
