DEAR MODERATOR AND ADMIN:
PLEASE SHOW THIS TO MR. CEVAT YERLI, AND NOT THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM. THANKS.
TO THE YERLI BROTHERS, ESPECIALLY MR. CEVAT YERLI
No Issues.
Just plain feedback, that I was itching to give, since some days I finished the game.
I am someone... here's how I introduce myself: If I did not play your game, then your game was as good as never released, and rotted in the can! No matter if all the 6 billion people of the world played your game with great enthusiasm!
I am sure about one thing. I don't know if you would agree; may be you would, but I would rather you would not.
The game: Oh man! I wish I were some very famous personality who would applaud at your gameplay/ graphics etc, and most of all, the FRAMERATES!!! I still can't believe that you were able to give such a light game, that would not go below 19 framerate on an XP64-E7500-2GB-4870x512xunderclocked to least possible (50%)!!! And I had thought everybody would throw away their current computers and cards, and after buying the costliest gaming system, would struggle to play Crysis 2! How wrong was I!
But when it came to the storyline, you had gone bankrupt!. Hopelessly bankrupt!!
So when you did not get anything, you came up with this Nanosuit thing, and put everything around the Nanosuit 2. Yuck!
Why did you not understand a simple fact that Nanosuit was just a simple object, to boost the physical abilities of the soldier, and nothing else?! So, while the Nanosuit would be a great thing to look forward to, it would be the things in the game that one would look forward to doing WITH the Nanosuit. And if the reasons behind those things are not good enough, the game itself is not good enough. Ever wondered why Mass Effect is a "good game", the 1st, as well as the 2nd? (And here also, I had thought that what would they have in their second game, when they put everything in their first. Especially storywise. Like Roberto Benigni at the Oscars! And how wrong was I!!!)
You did not show what happened inside the white sphere. Or what happened to it. Or the exact reasons behind it. And how exactly the story proceeded after the first Crysis. Let me explain a bit more clearly what I mean.
There is a problem with the Tomb Raider too. They don't show a simple girl called Lara Croft, who alone has abilities that various gymnasts and athletes would have, the various archaeologists and academics would have, who puts all these abilities to use when suddenly something becomes very important to sort out and achieve, where others would fail, and she alone would get through. Instead they all go to hell by showing the Hell, the Heaven and all the nonsense that could give you indigestion! In the 3rd game, when she comes to India, is what should be done max with the events. Small events, big bravery! Small situations, where the best capable persons would fail, she would not only persevere, but achieve.
The same problem was there in your game. You started to coalesce the suit when you did not get anything else, and in the process started showing things that were toooooo huge for the small story that took one's interest in the first Crysis. Never did I say that aliens were a problem!
We can play a game that has a great storyline but lousy graphics, with GREEEAAAT interest. Do novels have great graphics? We make graphics in our minds while reading, which are lousy and most probably non anti-aliased! (That's right; due to the moving liquids in the brain with every turn of the head, or even without any turn.) So, with just little help with the graphics on a computer, a good storyline game is a great addiction. If you want examples, there are plenty.
But we cannot play a game that is superbly great in material, but fully hollow from the inside.
All I can say is, that whatever wierd imagination you came accross in your mind, you went on to execute it like mad, with great detail. Just because of that, someone may think that your game has to be taken seriously!
Never mind. You did a LOT of hard work to make such a fantastic game. And I played it. So, you deserved this feedback from me.
Thanks
