I was looking for a way to approach to the Corvega Assembly Plant without getting picked off by the guys on the catwalks and stumbled upon this sewer entrance to a compound but not only doesn't it get me to Corvega, I can't reach the surface at all. I assume it's behind the door that's chained from the othrer side. Which is annoying because I got overloaded with stuff and stashed a pile of it in a desk in there. So I came back to the area thinking I could find the other side of that chained door in the compound but I can't find any way back into it except to swim through the sewer and use more Rad-X. Does anybody how/from where that chained door is opened?

Are you referring to the entrance near the Mystic Pines retirement home? Or elsewhere?

I usually get myself up on the elevated road in front of the Corvega plant, (making sure to take out all the ghouls on the way) and then snipe the Raiders on the roof, and out front. It really annoys them that they can't come up with a way to get up to me. (and none of them have a fatman, or missile launcher either.)

Sewer entrance is in Corvega basemant (natch). Puts you out in Lexinton, somewhere.

I keep it in mind as a stealthy way back in - but I have never used it.

Yes, the entrance near Mystic Pines. There's a way to the Corvega basemant from there? I must have missed it...both when I was in the Compound and when I was in Corvega. Although I didn't explore Corvega fully--once I got the message that I'd eliminated the raiders (sure seemed to be some still around!) I headed out. Maybe I should head back in there and check out the basemant and see if I can find my way back to my stash.

When you are in the basemant tunnel with all the pipes - the tunnel branches. The right leg takes you down to a small room - and the sewer.

Well, I went back into Corvega and found a sewer exit...but it didn't lead to the place I was in, but was on dry land south of mystic pines. The sewer entrance I was talking about (which is northeast of Mystic Pines) goes directly into the (highly radioactive) water--hence my reluctance to return that way.
