Challenge me

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 2:57 am

For me life has been drained of all of its enchantment. Everything is handed to people today on a silver platter, and it makes life empty. I ask the people for a challenge. Anything at all (except anything with computers). I have great general skills, except creativity, so anything is accepted! Give me something good!

I think you already listed what you see to be your greatest challenge, but don't want to actually try it out.

I challenge the OP to find a challenging challenge that I may challenge him in so he shall feel challenged in the challenge of my choosing that he was challenged to find so it's technically his challange that he is being challenged by.

Watch every series and movie set in the Stargate universe in one sitting, and take no longer than one day to do so.

This is not impossible. Honest.

EDIT: A minor challenge is to tell me how one could achieve the above without using anything which falls outside of humanity's current capabilities.

Come back here in... hmm... you're 16 so... 14 years with a doctorate (Ph.D). Can be in whatever field you want.

... what? It's a perfectly legitimate challenge! And educational to boot! :P

There's a much easier way that involves semantics.

Build something.

Have a dog? build a dog house. Have a tree? Build a tree house. Have a house? Build a shed. Don't have a house? Build a house.

Some University students just set the Guinness(I think that's how you spell the beer. oh well) World Record for consecutive hours spent playing an online FPS in my city. They went 40 hours. You can beat them. Just make sure if your being serious about it to call up Guinness and have witnesses.

Wow...This is an unexpectedly large amount of win.

I think I'll build a house.

i'd post one, but it will be frowned upon and maybe even get me a warning... so i'll avoid that. second best, live a life where you never hurt anyone for any reason. third best, you already issues yourself two challenges; computers and creativity, so do something that involves just those two things in some way.

80 Days or less?

Anyway, where do you live?

I challenge you to work hard and save your money to spend 6 - 12 months on a walk-about. The Aplichain Trail, the Oregon Trail, across several European countries....

In lieu of this, I suggest an Outward Bound trip

Or,

I challenge you to do something that you don't want to do; step out of your comfort zone (socially, economoically, physically, etc.)

Or

Do 52 hours of volunteer work in one year

Find a very attractive woman walking down the street, strike up a conversation with her, and within 15 minutes get her phone number while finding out general information about her. Thats always a good workout.

Build unto me a statue of ridiculous proportion. One billion cubits in height, that I might be remember-ed for all eternity. And be quick about it!
