Challlenge: Make an Orc female character attractive

Post » Mon Dec 12, 2011 3:21 pm

"IT CANNOT BE DONE," you say?

I disagree!
Try it, post it here, maybe.
Here is my attempt:

I know our opinions of what is attractive and what isn't varies; maybe you like those tusks with some plump green flesh around it.

I spent a long time on this, and I still can't really look at it and think "nice."

Good luck and may the best body-builder win.

I never liked the Orcs of Elder Scrolls, Orcs are supposed to be UGLY REAL UGLY, Mean, Brutish and carnivorous Monsters with no pitty... but i guess Orcs in Elder Scrolls had to be the complete opposite of that... still dont like them though.

A couple of the presets are already really good. I always play orcs in TES but wasn't going to this time...then I saw this one:

http://i.imgur.com/YK4U2.jpg (modified just to remove war paint and a change of eye color and hair)

This one is also really promising: http://i.imgur.com/5qzhn.jpg (modified again like the first one)

I tried improving the first preset but couldn't. It's perfect.

Attractive? With that underbite and those almost-bad-enough-to-be-English dental problems? Surely you jest. If this weren't a family forum I'd point out the unacceptable risk those teeth would pose in the bedroom.

I am not amused by that stereo-type!

Back on top: Orcs will never be good looking.

lol You wouldn't happen to be English, now would you? ;)

I think that's probably one of those stereotypes based on old news. I think it came about decades ago because the English didn't adopt flouridization of their water systems, while we Americans did. I think I read somewhere though that said the English tend to have fewer cavities than most Europeans or Americans, though.

I dunno.

Excluding the teeth, Orc women don't look THAT bad. Especially in comparison to the hideous monstrosities that they were in Oblivion, though that applies to all races in that game to be honest.

Never played Daggerfall eh?

Anyway, I'm glad contemporary Orcs (as in the last 200 years) are more civilized than your generic fantasy Orc. Glad ES goes out of its way to differentiate their races from other fantasy setting races.

I have to say, you are a terrible poster. You never submit anything to a thread and instead just say one line, usually negative, and then "Cheers" Well you're not spreading cheer.

That said, I didn't make this Orc, so I guess it's not completing the challenge, but there's a very pretty http://static.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/images/1635-1-1322329979.jpg posted on http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1635.

I really don't understand why EVERYONE has to look like a human to be attractive in ES. For example the people who complain about the elves. What's the point in having different races if the only thing that's different about them is the ears?

Ummm...because humans are attracted to humans? Besides, all the races except the Khajiit and Argonians do look like humans...just not particularly attractive humans.

Pretty much. I bet an Orc would find another Orc that looked Imperial, to be ugly. Reminds me of a fanfic I wrote about Imperial and Orsimer attractiveness.
