When using Chameleon Leather Right Leg the PipBoy interface becomes corrupted and distorted

You can only move from side to side in the menu... I managed to remove the armor piece via the pipboy app on my android as I was not in the INV tab onscreen.

I have the Chameleon left leg piece. When going into the pip-boy, the text color is so bright and distorted you can't read anything. Sometimes, nothing is displayed but the outer outline of the Pip-Boy itself. The entire Pip-Boy screen is transparent and shows nothing.

Try saving and reloading. Even save exit and restart with the new save. That usually fixes it... for now, at least.
