after having rested in a tomb (can't recall the name) all my spell chances ( on every single spell) are on zero now.
i checked my skills and attributes and they are all fine, i have no diseases or silence spell or something like that on me.
when i deleted one of the spells in the menu, all spell chances were shown as they should be, but when i exit the menu they go back to 0.
after googling for some time i've found that several people have the same problem yet no solution at hand, i hope someone here can help me
