It may sound stupid (as it is), but I confess that I've just learnt that "Gstaff" refers to "Grandstaff" (a surname), when I though it was something of an acronym for a "Game Staff" group of users sharing the same account or something...

Yes it does. Because that is a poster of the Game Informer cover for Skyrim. A lot of studios get poster sized versions of magazine covers for their games....
