Very easily done with some basic knowledge of the GECK. Just open up the GECK with the mod loaded, navigate to the NPC sub-category under Actors and find the listing "CraigBoone". Double-click on the entry to open it and find the checkbox "Is CharGen Face Preset" and tick it. Hit OK and save the mod. Now the preset should be the first one under Caucasian when creating your character. If not move the preset slider to 2 then back to 1 or select another race then select Caucasian again.
