Is there any way to do that, (Xbox 360 or PC)?

Change

- round/match time limit
- winning conditions (point limit, eliminate enemy team etc)
- respawn (yes/no, respawn timer),

I mean? And if not, why?

I tried doing it on the Xbox, but it seems to be impossible - or I'm just not seeing it. So I'd really like to know if you can. I'd also be interested to know if the PC server options allow you to this.
