I can't exacly click the two button at the bottom of the WorldSpace window, even if I turn off my taskbar.

Yep, it's a problem. I use http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/get-the-linux-altwindow-drag-functionality-in-windows/. It doesn't resize the windows but it allows you to manipulate them so that you can access the hidden buttons.
