I need help to know what I am doing wrong.

I am trying to fix the gray face issue with Illia by highlighting her in the object menu, then holding ctrl and pressing f4.

After I am done, I load the game and she still has gray face.

Just to try something else, I changed her hair to brown.

Loaded that up, and still no change.

Can someone tell me how to get the changes you've made in the CK to show in the game?

Sometimes, the CK tells you it generates face data when it actually doesn't. It should take at least half a second. Maybe you need to save and reload the plugin.

How do I load the plugin?

I am really confused.

I have it checked in the box under data files on the skyrim launcher, yet nothing I do is taking effect in the game?!

I mean, reload it in the Creation Kit.
