Atm I have a high elf that specialises in all kinds of magic. Very high magicka, 200 health and no points in stamina. Now I find it boring and I was thinking, as I havent done many quests should I stick to this char but change to archery and heavy armor rather then make a new one? Also do fire augmentation affect the exploding fire bolts and fire spiders? Thanks.

augmentation , answer is yes. As for switching characters, i did it with my main , just to keep leveling. Went from stealth/magicka build to pure magicka to sword and board. Keeps things interesting, since skirmishes become a little bit more challenging, but help level the new direction of skills a little fast because you take more of a beating.
