Okay - to change majors later in the game -
Save your game.
Open the console. Type in "showclassmenu". Go through the class selection process just like you did in the beginning, except with the new major(s). You might want to write down all the details of the earlier version of the class, since nothing will be highlighted this time through - you have to do it all from scratch.
Keep going through the class selection screens UNTIL you get back to the first one - the overview screen. Do NOT click "Done."
Press esc.
Save the game in a new slot.
Load that new saved game.
You now have the same character with different majors.
If you click "Done" on that overview screen, then it resets all of your experience for any skill gains to 0 and, if appropriate, it changes the skill numbers to reflect changes in specialization or such. If you don't click "Done" and just save it at that point and reload the save, then everything stays the same and only the majors change. However, the problem with that is that now you potentially have a major skill with a level of 5 and a minor skill with a level of 40 (for instance). This is because major skills start out at 25 plus bonuses while minor skills only start out at 5 plus bonuses. What I generally do with those is just swap them straight across - change the score for the new major to the same as what the old major was and change the score for the new minor (the old major) to what the old minor was. That's not exactly right, but it's close enough. And yeah - use "modpcskill" ("modpcs") to make those changes.
