Changing Morrowind Music

Post » Sun Jan 26, 2014 1:15 am

Hi

I don't care about how well morrowind music goes with the game. I listen to music without words.

I want to make my music the background music of morrowind.

Without searching/fishing into my morrowind data files and piecing it together myself (because that would take up to an hour of my time) I'm writing here for those of you who know how to do it really well.

A simple explanation, the matter of writing a paragraph, that is, 2 minutes of your time, I'm asking you to lend it to me and inform me of this. The reason I'm writing it this way is so I don't get the "don't be lazy" response I've come to expect from you all. (:

Please and thank you.

It is very simple to do.

In your Data Files you will have a Music folder.
In that folder there will be two folders called Battle and Explore. One is the music that plays during combat, the other is for when you are not in combat (just exploring, or in town, etc)

Add a mp3 file to one of these folders (based on when you want that song to play, during Battle or Explore) and it will be added to the rotation of possible songs that will play.
