I'd like to see this too..it was actually one of my biggest dissapointments when I first fired up the game (mainly because everything else seemed awesome).I always used to look around while walking....

I'm also interested in seeing a module addressing this camera issue. Thanks to all of you trying to make it work!

put me down as another person who desperately wants the ability to rotate the camera around my character while moving.

so disappointed this had been removed from the game.

this and the campfire/bedroll mod are the mods I'm most anticipating.

You can type 'animcam' in the console but it's not the ideal configuration that Oblivion was.

yeah I know about animcam. unfortunately u can't really control ur character when u turn it on cause u can't turn. I walked off a cliff by accident

if we could have it toggle on and off by holding a key or the.middle mouse then we'd have the same basic functionality as ob and fallout.

I am bumping this thread in hope someone can make this mod.

And this is really strange to see it was not implemented in the first place as other 3rd person games have freely movable camera implemented as default...

I really hope someone will mod it.
