I'm a bit confused. How am I supposed to be able to adjust the positioning of several huds? I'm using PPA ,IMCNNv and extended hud?

Download the Unified HUD Project (Nexus). Install it.

If you don't like the configuration, you could attempt to delve into XML editing. Modify things to suit your taste.
