On its balanced. I replaced the lover kiss power with a constant effect restore fatigue (I'm not one for powers, but I do love me some constant effect abilities).

Now keeping in mind that mooncalf is untouched, how many restore fatigue points would be considered too op ( I say "too" op because the lover's kiss power was pretty op to begin with, and I'm just looking to make something to match it)? Or would you consider a 1 point constant effect restore fatigue to already be crossing the line?
